Bond
Every bond transaction goes through Tenancy Services' own Bond Hub. RentGuide records what you did and when it was due; it does not lodge, refund or confirm anything.
Bond receipts and lodgements
Every bond payment carries its own deadline: the Residential Tenancies Act gives you 23 working days from the date each payment was made to forward it to Tenancy Services. A later instalment does not reset an earlier one.
This property has an older bond record. It holds a single amount with no payment dates, so RentGuide cannot work out the lodgement deadlines from it, and it has deliberately not been converted into payments. Record the payments below as they actually happened.

Bond Hub is now mandatory
As of 29 June 2026, all bond transactions - lodgements, top-ups and refunds - must go through Bond Hub online. Paper forms are no longer accepted.

Bond documents
Lodgement forms, Bond Hub confirmations and receipts. These are filed in the Document Vault under Bond Documents as well, because it is one file in two places rather than two copies.
No proof of lodgement saved for the bond.
RentGuide has it recorded as lodged, but there is no document and no Bond Hub reference on file to show it. If you have the form or the confirmation email, add it below. If the reference number is all you have, putting that in above counts too.
