This is a demo. Three invented properties, so you can look around the whole app without signing in. The figures are worked out by the real thing, and nothing you do here is saved.

In testing: not ready for real tenancies yet. Want to help test RentGuide? Email hello@rentguide.co.nz.

Timeline

Everything that has happened here, newest first, built from the records RentGuide already keeps. Entries cannot be edited or deleted, which is what makes it usable as evidence.

Private notes

Showing: this property. There is no tenancy recorded at the moment.

This is a record, not a message thread. Tenants cannot reply here, and nothing on this page is sent to them. Where RentGuide sent something, it says so and whether delivery was confirmed.
