This is a demo. Three invented properties, so you can look around the whole app without signing in. The figures are worked out by the real thing, and nothing you do here is saved.

In testing: not ready for real tenancies yet. Want to help test RentGuide? Email hello@rentguide.co.nz.

This demo works best with JavaScript enabled. Without it you can read every page and follow the links, but filling in a form will not change anything.

Sign an agreement

Each party can sign in person on this device, or you can create a private link for them and send it yourself. RentGuide cannot email an agreement to someone else to sign.

There is no agreement to sign yet

Create a tenancy agreement first. Once it is generated it appears here, ready to sign.
