    Last inspected 200 days ago. RentGuide's suggested 180 day interval. You have not set one, and there is no legal minimum. Set your own under property settings. Entry for a routine inspection needs at least 48 hours' written notice, no more than 14 days ahead, between 8am and 7pm, and may happen at most once every 4 weeks.
